PSE inspected and analyzed an existing barge to be modified for use as a loading dock.  A two-section access gangway with pile supports was designed for the Spirit of Portland and their fleet of touring crafts.  This project is adjacent to the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry on the Willamette River in Portland.
