Peterson Structural Engineers provides services for a variety of projects requiring structural evaluations and/or upgrades. The nature of these services varies widely depending on the type of the structure and its intended use. PSE staff performs an analysis of the existing structure and makes recommendations as needed for improvements.

Occasionally a building may be in such a state of disrepair that there is concern for public safety; these projects may involve setting immediate use restrictions to a structure while repairs are performed.
PSE has many clients who have engaged our services for reservoir evaluation and upgrade projects. We provide analysis of existing structures for current code loads using known documentation or, lacking documentation, draw from our decades of reservoir experience to evaluate the structure.
From our investigations we provide upgrade options which balance life cycle costs versus system risk, then make recommendations to our clients to help accomplish a reasonable approach to upgrades.
